Aside from the gigantic waves, Siargao is also home to many interesting natural attractions such as Magpupungko Rock Pools, Maasin River, and Sugba Lagoon. The island is also a good spot for cafe and restaurant hopping as it offers great food featuring both local and international cuisines. So, here’s our list of the best restaurants in Siargao and the must-try food on the island, updated as of July 2022.
General Luna
Kermit Siargao
Kermit is one of the best restaurants in Siargao offering authentic Italian dishes. It is known for its scrumptious pizza and pasta as well as many other dishes. It is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. See Kermit Siargao Menu

Kanin Baboy
Situated along Tourism Road of General Luna, Kanin Baboy offers flavorful pork dishes at a reasonable price. Its best-seller is the Spicy Pork Rice which is their version of the popular Balinese cuisine called babi guling (roast suckling pig). The Beachbaby Cafe

Bebie’s Barbecue
Situated along the Tourism Road, Bebie’s barbecue is one f the go-to place in Siargao for Pinoy grilled dishes such as chicken, isaw, liver, pork barbecue, longganisa, fish, and a lot more. Chicken barbecue costs Php95 for a whole leg and Php100 for a pecho.

Guyam Island
Guyam Burger
Guyam Burger is a small cafe located in Guyam Island. It offers yummy burgers with freshly baked buns. It also sells refreshing mango shakes, coffee, and alcoholic beverages.

Daku Island
Daku Island Lemonade
Just beside A’s snack house is Tatay’s lemonade shop. I forgot the name of the small shop but it is on the front beach. It offers different flavors of lemonade such as strawberry and lychee.

Restobars
Barrel Beachfront Bar
There’s no need to wait for the night to enjoy your favorite cocktail. At Barrel Beachfront Bar, you can have a drink by the beach early in the morning. It also serves breakfast, so, if you want a fantastic view while enjoying your meal, head over to Barrel. See Barrel Beachfront Bar Menu

Nook Bar-BQ
Located in Malinao Road, Nook offers grilled dishes, cocktails, and local beers.

Budget Traveler’s Food Spot
Andok’s
Andok’s is now open in Siargao. If you are on budget travel or just want the familiar taste of Andok’s chicken or its widely famous lechon baka, then you’re in for a good treat. At Andok’s you can eat for less than Php100.

If you are traveling on a budget, there are places in Siargao that offer affordable dishes and meals for you to feast on. There are roadside eateries along Tourism Road where you can have a meal at less than P100. There is also Catangnan barbecue near Cloud 9 if you stay close to the surf spots. You can also try the coconut bread in front of the church in the town center for only P5 each.



Party Place
There is this one party place that I noticed when I was in Siargao. It’s a small place called Mama Coco where people gather to have fun. I haven’t been to the place because I am not a party person and I don’t like crowds. But, if you do, you can go to Mama Coco located across Isla Cucina along Tourism Road.

There’s also a bar across Baile (now closed) which I forgot the name. I passed by around 11:30 pm and it was still packed with people partying.
Recovery Food
If you want to enjoy food after enjoying a drink, head over to Bulaloan sa Bankerohan along Tourism Road. It is situated right across The Beachbaby Cafe.
